As the company extends its global reach and influence, Milestone says these high calibre individuals will support its future innovation and growth. To strengthen Milestone's Business Support organisation, Kim Jørgensen has joined Milestone in a newly created position as Vice President, Global IT and Operations. In this position, he will be part of Milestone's Extended Leadership Team with focus on continued improvements of internal IT solutions, as well as online services. Aer more than 15 years at Microso, Jesper Lachance Ræbild has joined Milestone as Director of Product Marketing. Heading up the global product marketing team in Copenhagen, he will use his strong background in soware channel business and global product marketing to further accelerate the Milestone platform and products. Four new promotions and appointments have also been announced. ey include the promotion of Henrik Sydbo Hansen to Group Manager – Devices and Integrations, a role that involves managing both the Milestone Camera Partner Program and platform integrations. Mikkel Winther has been promoted to Group Manager for Product Management and will drive the collective product portfolio planning to ensure community feedback and strategic fit, working closely with the Research and Development team to progress product innovation. Casper Sten Felding has been appointed Director of Global Sales Operations. He will be responsible for heading up a new function covering partner program strategy, internal sales training, the large projects bid desk, sales tools and internal business development and projects. Finally, Keven Marier has been appointed Director of Technology Business Development. He will advise, consult and develop strategic, long-term technology opportunities in company-wide alignment. Milestone Systems Announces New Senior Level Appointments to Drive Growth (L-R: Henrik Sydbo Hansen, Mikkel Winther, Casper Sten Felding & Keven Marier) Gallagher Security strengthens UK technical team to support business growth Gallagher Security (Europe), which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, has recruited Carl Clapham as Technical Account Manager (TAM) for London and the South East Region (LaSER) and promoted Mark Kenna as National Technical Manager. e company is strengthening its technical team within the UK to continue business growth and enhance channel and customer support. Clapham, who has worked for Gratte Brothers, has first-hand experience of working with Gallagher products. Kenna, a former TAM, has worked for Gallagher for over 15 years. His promotion will allow him to use his breadth of knowledge and experience to support both the access and perimeter sides of the business. Gallagher Security (Europe) Regional Manager, Dave Bentley, added: "It's a really exciting time within Gallagher as we continue to grow our business across the UK and Europe. We believe having Carl as a dedicated resource for LaSER along with Mark's support nationally will improve the channel partner and customer experience." New appointments and promotions to strengthen sales announced at Oprema Oprema has further strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Carl Scarrott as Business Development Manager and Nick Blake as Internal Sales Executive. Oprema is also pleased to announce two internal employee promotions, with Kate Green moving into the role of Internal Sales Supervisor and Lee Alm taking on a Technical Support Supervisor role. Carl Scarrott has over 25 years' experience in the security industry and prior to joining Oprema was Area Sales Manager – South East at Pro-Vision.. In his new role as Business Development Manager, Scarrott is responsible for managing Oprema's existing customer base and, crucially, developing new customers into long term business partners. Joining from ADI Global, where he has been working in sales for the past two and a half years, Nick Blake has been appointed as Internal Sales Executive. Commenting on the internal promotions of Green and Alm, Matthew Epps, Managing Director at Oprema added: "Both Kate and Lee have proven to be successful in adding value to our customers and exceeding expectations in their current roles. ey are highly valued members of the Oprema team and we can't wait to see what they can achieve in their new roles."
