Dan Hindman joins Qognify as VP Sales of EMEA, and a member of the Qognify Leadership Team. He has previously held senior sales, marketing and operations management positions at Pitney Bowes. Former Vice President of Sales EMEA, Eran Noam, has been appointed to the newly created position - Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships. Noam has been with the company since 2006 and has previous experience with the Israel Aerospace Industries and the Israeli Ministry of Defence. Hikvision UK and Ireland goes from strength to strength with a number of key appointments Allegion appoints Commercial Leader for UK and Ireland Specialist security provider Allegion has appointed Pete Hancox as Commercial Leader of its UK and Ireland businesses to build and lead strategic partnerships in specification. Hancox joins Allegion UK in Birmingham from his recent role as Client Services Director for HP Doors. He will also be in charge of overseeing Ireland's commercial activity. Hancox is no stranger to Allegion, having been part of the Ingersoll Rand security group for almost nine years, prior to his appointment with HP Doors. e new role has been created by Allegion as part of its strategy to develop more strategic partnerships with its customers. It is widely recognised in the industry that door hardware is becoming more sophisticated as electronics and mechanical hardware merge. Allegion will educate customers on the benefits its new technology brings and how to incorporate it in long-term commercial properties. Allegion UK and Ireland Commercial Director, Marc Lengahan, said: "We are embarking on a journey with our customers to develop from transactional relationships to strategic partnerships, while also working to become more relevant to the end user and driving demand though specification and project work. Sean He has joined as Channel Sales Manager providing further support to Hikvision's distributor channels. Providing continued to support to installers and integrators in specification and site visits Sam Crossley and Annouska Gopeechund have joined as Pre-Sales for the North East and South West respectively. Post-sales support remains a focus for Hikvision with the appointment of Michael Hainsworth as Field-Based Post Sales Engineer for the North of England. Meanwhile, supporting installers, integrators and distribution partners in Northern and the Republic of Ireland, Andy Palmer joins as Business Development Manager for the region. Due to further growth in the Midlands region Dave Small joins Hikvision as Senior Business Development Manager. And finally, following growth in a number of vertical markets, Hikvision has appointed Ian Compton as Business Development Manager who takes responsibility for the Consultant sector, while Mike Ward will be Business Development Manager for End-Users and Infrastructure. Phil Wilsmer is Business Development Manager for the Retail sector.
