Chapman will spearhead a major programme of investment at Cardinal Security, starting with the redevelopment and expansion of its headquarters in Great Chesterford, Essex. is will include the introduction of the Cardinal Training Academy – a Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) Approved Centre offering security qualifications fully endorsed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
